• Addresses — pickup and drop-off addresses and ZIP codes used to verify service-area coverage and route our drivers.
• Booking details — bundle size, delivery and pickup dates and time windows, stairs information, and any notes you choose to share.
• Communications — emails, text messages, and call notes related to your rental.
• Basic technical data — standard device, browser, and log information when you visit our website.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card payments, when applicable, are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider.

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm, deliver, and pick up your tote rental.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
• Verify that pickup and drop-off addresses are within our 50-mile service area from Jacksonville (32258).
• Respond to questions, requests, and customer support issues.
• Improve our service, troubleshoot problems, and keep our website secure.
• Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run DropTote, and only to the extent they need it to do their job:

• Hosting & database providers that store booking records and power our website.
• Email delivery providers that send confirmations, reminders, and replies.
• Mapping and geocoding services used to validate addresses against our service area.
• Payment processors when payment is required.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., sale or merger). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

DropTote is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
